MySpace Launches en espanol Site

MySpace has offically launched their Spanish speaking site at latino.myspace.com in BETA.

According to the 2000 U.S. Census there are more than 28 million people who live in the U.S. and speak Spanish as their first language.

Along with the U.S., MySpace has already been offering sites for Internet users in the UK, Japan, France, Germany, Australia, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Canada, New Zealand and Mexico had access to localized versions of MySpace. Now Latino users can go directly to latino.myspace.com and enjoy all the MySpace functions that English speaking users do.

Tapping into this ever-growing market will likely be a HUGE success for MySpace.
