Sprint ditches customers who complain too much

Sprint Nextel Corp, which recently launched an advertising campaign to attract new customers, is disconnecting more than 1,000 subscribers for calling its customer service lines too often and making what the company called unreasonable requests.

Google Buys Anti-Spam & Data Security Firm Postini

 
Google has announced a $625 million acquisition of Postini, a major provider of corporate communications security and spam filtering services. Postini will become a wholly-owned Google subsidiary when the deal closes at the end of the third quarter.  Read more on the deal here and here.
